StarHub Launches “Games On” – Singapore’s First SmartPhone Game Subscription Service

StarHub announced the launch of ‘Game On’, Singapore’s first mobile game subscription service which gives StarHub Mobile post-paid subscribers easy access to over 100 of the world’s best and highly recommended Android games for S$5.35 (30-day recurring subscription), rather than just buying one or two games for the same amount.

With Game On subscription, you can browse, download and play ALL games in Game On’s catalogue, including critically-acclaimed titles, World of Goo, Chicken Invaders 3, Dark Nebula – Episode One and Anomaly Warzone Earth HD.

Game On is available to all StarHub Mobile post-paid customers from 6 April 2013. By the end of the year, Game On users can look forward to accessing over 400 premium Android games worth approximately $600 at no additional cost. The catalogue of games is updated regularly and curated by avid mobile game players around the world.

Starting this Saturday, you can find out more about the service and download the Game On app at www.starhub.com/games. You will be able to enjoy a free seven-day unrestricted trial, which is open to all mobile customers in Singapore.

Game On is built on Exent’s GameTanium platform, which offers a premium catalog of the most popular and best games in the world from hundreds of leading game publishers. Through GameTanium, StarHub will continue to evolve the Game On service, including a new tablet version.

There will be a FREE Seven Day Trial open to All Mobile customers in Singapore starting this Saturday, 6th April 2013, do look out for it!

Do customers get to keep the smartphone games after the 7-day trial?
Customers will not be able to play the games after the 7-day trial unless they sign up for the service.
Does the 7-day trial expire 1 week after this Saturday, or it only expires 7 days after we sign up – ie. if one were to sign up on 1st May 2013, will he/she still get first 7 days free?
The seven day trial starts whenever the customer launches the Game On app. ie, if he/she launches it on 1 May 2013, he/she will get to play all the games in the game client for the next 7 days.
